Inbound Call Center Rep

Position Summary:

Our client in Camp Hill is looking to add Inbound Call Center Representatives to their team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to inbound callers, including scheduling appointments and updating account information.

Position Functions:

  • Take inbound calls from current and prospective clients
  • Answer questions about company products and services
  • Consult with prospective clients to arrange initial evaluation appointments
  • Update computerized systems with customer information 

Requirements:

  • Above average phone presence and customer service ability
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the retail industry (call center specific experience not required)
  • Consistent & stable work history/job longevity

Hours:

M-TH 11 AM – 8 PM, Sat. 9 AM – 5 PM
